During the Summer Home Medicine workshop, we will examine how to preserve summer's vibrancy and connect to the healing power of the land.

Where: Barn Countryside Centre Philips Park Whitefield
Led by Edwina Hodkinson with support from Teresa Pereira.
We will go on a herb walk and harvest available plants to make hot-infused oils, salves, lotions and glycerites. We can make tinctures, but not all groups like to work with alcohol, so hot-infused glycerites are a great alternative, affordable and alcohol-free. In summer, we can also make Infused vinegars and dry herbs for use as teas.
